Hey! I’m Candice Crellin, An Accredited Practising Dietitian & Nutritionist And Team Dietitian at The Dietologist. A combination of my professional experience working with people with PCOS and gestational diabetes, alongside my own personal fertility & pregnancy journey has fuelled my passion for all things reproductive health.
Since I graduated, I have worked to support countless people with their nutrition goals for over 14 years! I worked as a diabetes dietitian working in the public sector, this led to me working with gestational diabetes, and also people with PCOS preparing for pregnancy too.
Since then I have dived deep into additional training in fertility & pregnancy after navigating my own fertility challenges, miscarriage experiences and pregnancy complications to help you improve your fertility outcomes through simple and sustainable lifestyle changes on your unique path to parenthood.
I know that making sustainable habit changes can seem simple on paper, but tricky to turn into action and become second nature and part of your routine.
This is exactly why I have completed additional qualifications in health coaching to turn your behaviours into habits so the impacts of what we work on together in our consultations can translate to truly long-term health beyond your baby, after all, you want to be a healthy parent for your little human!
