Exercise plays a huge role in fertility and supporting your health in pregnancy – but it must be done safely. So today, exercise physiologist and owner of Her Exercise Physiology, Courtenay Polock, joins me to reveal what “safely” actually means.
We discuss how to exercise when you’re trying to conceive or pregnant, the impact of over-exercising on fertility, and how adapt your workouts during pre-conception and pregnancy.
