Can you believe it’s almost the silly season already?
Now, over here at The Dietologist, we get it. The holidays can stir up a whirlwind of emotions, especially when those well-meaning friends and family members just can’t resist asking the age-old question: “When are you having a baby?” Tis also the season when our DMs start blowing up with messages like, “Help! Another year’s gone by, and my baby plans are still MIA!”
The holidays are awesome, no doubt about it. There’s more freedom, time to relax, parties galore, mouthwatering dishes, and, of course, drinks!
But hold onto your Santa hats because here’s the holiday plot twist: If your goal is to ring in the new year with fertile intentions, it’s time for you and your partner to be on top of your diet and lifestyle game.
So, while we’re all about embracing the holiday spirit, let’s not forget to be a bit mindful about what’s going into our bellies. Tune in to this episode for some nifty tips on how to juggle the holiday festivities while keeping your baby-making plans in mind.
